Request your LinkedIn export 2 min
On LinkedIn desktop, click your profile photo, then Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Get a copy of your data.
See a Connections checkbox? Tick only that. Only see Articles, Invitations and the like? That's LinkedIn's newer screen — choose Download larger data archive instead. Your Connections.csv is tucked inside that zip.
Click Request archive. The download link lands in your email, usually within about 10 minutes. Perfect time for a coffee.
Save it to your Downloads folder 30 sec
Open the email, click the link, and let the file land in Downloads. Don't rename it, don't move it, don't unzip it. The system finds it on its own — zip or not.
Set it up one time. It's yours for good.
Open Claude Code or Cowork prerequisite
Cowork lives in the Claude desktop app (a paid Claude plan). Claude Code runs in the terminal or the desktop app. Either one works — the commands are identical.
No Claude Code or Cowork? You can still run the whole thing inside a normal Claude chat by attaching your CSV by hand. Ask me and I'll walk you through it.
Install it — the easy way 30 sec
No terminal, no fuss — let Claude install it for you. In Cowork or the Claude desktop app, paste this as a normal message:
Claude runs both commands itself and tells you when it's done. It will ask permission first — click Allow. That popup is Claude asking to run the install, and saying yes is the whole job.
Already comfortable in the terminal? The slash commands work directly:
If you see "unknown skill or plugin" or "/plugin isn't available," you're in Cowork or the desktop app — use the first box, not the slash commands.
Start a fresh session important
The system loads when a session starts. Close the current conversation and open a brand-new one. Type / and you should see /warm-25, /daily-5 and /reply-coach in the list. If they're there, you're ready.
Twenty minutes a day. That's the whole ask.
Type /warm-25 and answer one question day 1 · ~3 min
It finds your export on its own, then asks what you offer and what a typical client is worth. Answer in plain words — then hand off the keyboard for about 90 seconds.
> /warm-25
Found Connections.csv in Downloads · 814 people
What do you help people with, in one sentence? And what's a typical client worth?

Reading 814 profiles · scoring warmth · building your dashboard…
When it finishes, a folder called Warm 25 appears on your Desktop:
- Warm-25-Dashboard.html — your ranked 25, opens right in the browser
- First-5-Messages.md — written and ready to send
- tracker.csv — the state of every conversation
- profile.md — your offer, so it never asks twice
Send your first 5 — today day 1 · ~10 min
Open the dashboard. The top five carry a This Week badge and a message already drafted. Click a row, hit Copy, paste into LinkedIn, change one word so it sounds like you, and send.
The one rule: no pitch in message one. Ever. It's a reconnect, not an offer. The money conversation comes later, on its own rung — and it comes far more easily this way.
Every workday after: /daily-5 20 min a day
One command, every morning, for 20 workdays. It reads your tracker and hands you today's five, in priority order: replies waiting first, then gentle bumps due (7+ quiet days, one bump only), then fresh sends.
> /daily-5
Day 6. 25 sent · 9 replies · 3 client conversations open. 75 to go.
Priority: 2 replies waiting · 1 bump due · 2 fresh sends. All 5 drafted. Send before lunch.
Tell it what you sent and what came back; it logs everything and celebrates your milestones at 25, 50, 75 and 100 sends.
When someone replies: /reply-coach the unfreeze
Paste their reply. It reads which rung of the ladder you're on — reconnect, their world, the door, the offer — and drafts the one next message. It will refuse to pitch too early, on purpose.
> /reply-coach · "Hey! Wow, been ages. All good here, work's keeping me busy. You?"
Read: WARM. She answered and asked back. You're on rung 1, moving to rung 2.
Next message: "Busy is good! What's been keeping you busiest lately?"
One rung per message. Nobody jumps. The door only opens when they ask what you do, or a need they named lines up with what you offer.
Almost always a quick fix.
/warm-25 doesn't show up
You're in the session where you installed. The system loads on session start — open a new session and type / again.
"No connections file found"
The export isn't in Downloads yet, or it's still sitting in your email. Ask for a demo run on the sample file, then re-run when yours arrives.
No Connections checkbox on LinkedIn
That's LinkedIn's newer screen. Choose Download larger data archive instead — the CSV is inside the zip, and the system digs it out for you.
No Claude Code or Cowork
You can still run the whole thing in a normal Claude chat: attach your CSV to any chat and ask. Same ranking, same messages.
The top 25 look off
Ranking quality equals offer clarity. Sharpen your one-sentence offer and run /warm-25 again — it takes 90 seconds.
Fewer than 10 replies per 100 by send 50
/daily-5 will flag this on its own. It's targeting, not effort — rerun /warm-25 with a sharper offer sentence.
